[Joony] Drops New Music Video “Bad Time” Ft. [Highway]

Silver Spring, Maryland's own Joony has just released his newest single with a music video called "Bad Time" featuring Highway. The music video is mellow and complements the song well. With both Joony and Highway featured in the video, it is sure to make you want to grab your nearest joint and light up.

Director Bekaedo did a great job of capturing emotions with cuts from a bright white room to a dingy alleyway and an elevator.

After listening to "Bad Time" repeatedly for the past three days or so, it is sure to be one of my top tracks of 2023. After seeing Joony open for Lancey Foux in Chicago, I never thought I would want to see him perform again, but this song has changed my mind.

When I asked a friend who is a fan of Joony about the track, he said, "With Highway? Yeah, it was decent, 6/10." He emphasized that Highway was on the come up this year. Do you think Highway outshined Joony on this track? For me personally, Joony should have stuck to performing the song alone. The chorus and his verse are delivered beautifully and definitely make me want to light up.
